How long does shipping take for my Cloudpillo?

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Can I adjust the height and firmness of the pillow?

Yes! The Cloudpillo features a unique adjustable shredded memory foam filling. Simply unzip the inner cover and add or remove filling to reach your desired loft and support level.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-night trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your sleep quality, you can return your product for a full refund, no questions asked.

How do I clean my Cloudpillo?

The outer cover is fully machine washable. We recommend washing it at 30°C to maintain the integrity of the cooling fibers. The inner memory foam should not be washed.

Is the material hypoallergenic?

Absolutely. We use OEKO-TEX certified materials that are hypoallergenic and resistant to dust mites, making it safe for sensitive skin and allergy sufferers.
