Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the product back in its original packaging or a secure box to ensure it stays clean and protected during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
